Under amendments to the Security Providers Act 1993 anyone engaging an unlicenced Security provider is liable for a fine of $37500.
We at KGB security Locksmiths are Licenced to work on “Security Equipment” as per the relevant section of the act.
Furthermore anyone repairing or installing “Security Equipment” as per the relevant section is also liable for a fine of $37,000.
Please note the amendments came into effect on the 1st July 2008 however a grace period is in effect until September 30 2008.
