Called up (after hours- unknowingly) and spoke to Wayne about cutting a registered key. It turned out that it was a key (or register) that he does not work with however he proceeded to further enquire about my needs, the location of the property where the key is in use and the reasons which I need the key cut so that he could give me suggestions on what to do in my circumstance. He pointed me in a couple directions as well as gave me some alternative options to consider. I made first contact with Alison when I needed to upgrade my safe. She promptly emailed me through several options and followed up with a call to run me through and answer questions as realised we lived a way away.
