Description
This CMI Commder CR4 is the flagship of this great safe making companies product line. It has all the defense barriers you would expect of a high grade jewellers safe such as glass relocking devices, hardplate and also has CMI safe Co’s “Nihard” anti drill, anti angle grinder material encased inside a high density refactory material. This particular CMI Commander was used by a financial institution to keep their cash safe and as such was fitted with a time deley digital safe lock. We replaced this lock with as standard LG Basic digital lock for ease of use.
A lot of people think its better to buy a small safe that they can hide over a large one they cant, this is a mistake as if a crim is in your home you must assume he will find the safe. Better to have a large safe that he cant crack than a small one he can !
This safe weighs 900kg which would be very difficult to cart away but also has two boltdown holes to make it almost impossible to steal. The safe comes with 2 x lockable drawers and 2 adjustable shelves. This safe retails for around $7000 and we are selling it out cheap at only $4000. We can ship this safe to most places within Australia and are so confident of its condition and quality are offering a 12 month onsite guarantee. If you have a problem with it we will fix it free of charge so long as it has not be abused of mistreated.
The cash rating for this safe is $250,000 in an unsupported situation (ie without an alarm) and will give years of service and protection to very valuable items. The only equivalent safes are the Chubb Europa grade 5 series and the Guardall KCR series. As a safe technician with over 30 years of field work I am happy to put my name behind this quality piece of engineering. Call me to have any question answered about this safe or email me at sales@kgbsecurity.com.au
This safe would be perfect as a high grade gold safe or a high grade jewellers safe. As footnote CMI is Australia’s only surviving safe manufacturing maker.
