Used Chubb 4 Drawer Security Safe Brisbane [Refurbished]

Description

We have removed the original Manifoil & installed a LaGard LG Basic digital safe lock. These locks are VERY reliable and easy to use. The Chubb B class is 1350 x 540 x 740 (H x W X D) and weighs around 270kg. It is built with 6 mm steel and the “vitals” are further protected with hardened plates. The Government’s objective was to build a HEAVY duty filing cabinet that would resist an attack with pry bars & pinch bars. The worst case scenario was that secret documents were stolen without any break & enter evidence, it is possible to use a angle grinder to open it but this is noisy and could also burn the paper inside.

A new Chubb 4 drawer security cabinet (four drawer) sells for close to $5500 and the ONLY buyers of these are government departments. They use them for x years & then send them to scrap or auction rather than recycle them which is a pity for us taxpayers. This B class would be good for storing records or valuables with a maximum value of $15,000. Priced attractively at $900 it also comes with a 12 month warranty. We can ship this cabinet anywhere in Australia for an additional fee. Feel free to call or email any question you may have .

Please be aware this solid steel cabinet has NO fire rating. Conversely many Chubb fire proof filing cabinet have no security rating. They are both VERY different to each other.
