This used safe for guns is perfect when you have a large number and dont want the have them banging into each other. This double door Kumahira Mode safe was once used to store office records. Alas computerisation means less paper and hence these safes are no longer being bought into Australia from Japan. Technically they are a high grade fire safe but because it has cleverly engineered boltwork it is would be very difficult to jimmy open.
It measures 1680 x 1210 x 650 H x W X D externally and 1500 x 1035 x 450 H x W x D and weighs 870kg. Locking is by way of a 3 number spin combination with an additional key lock. It has adjustable shelving but most gun collectors tend to make up their own racks out of felt covered wood. This safe comes with a 12 month ONSITE warranty and we can install a digital lock in place of the spin combination for an extra $200.
