Why is a home safe important?

Having a home safe is a great security measure, but fire related issues can also be significant for people. With a home safe it can protect your most important irreplaceable documents for example diplomas, birth certificates, collectables, family photographs with sentimental value. The one off investment in a home safe is worth the value for your personal valuables.

Similarly, an office safe is wise investment to keep all your valuable, sensitive documents, corporate records, and blank checks protected. Moreover water damage or fire may potentially occur and destroy all your important business documents within minutes. An office safe can protect your assets against primarily theft and natural disasters.

Things to consider when shopping for a safe

Location -wall, floor, stand-alone
Is it fire resistant?
Budget
Type of lock configuration – combination, electronic, key-based
Size – the amount of shelves inside
Construction of the safe
Protection from safe being tampered with e.g. secondary re-locking device
Consider how the safe will be fitted in your home or business
Cash rating = to the value of goods secured in the safe and helps with your insurance premiums.

I had a first class experience with KGB Security. Kel was very helpful in assisting me to assess my security needs. He didn't try to push anything on me and instead was more concerned with helping me find the most appropriate option. His offsider Alex was also very helpful in assisting me complete the transaction. It was smooth sailing from the get-go. Would thoroughly recommend.

Recently I bought a safe from KGB Security. Without any experience, I didn't know which was the best suit for my needs. However, Michael was really helpful; he explained the full details of all the ranges and helped me choose the right one. I am very happy with the customer service and the product KGB Security has provided. Thank you, Michael and the KGB Security team, for your professionalism and service. Much appreciated.

Can’t recommend KGB Locksmith and Security enough. Came into the office over the weekend and the master key got stuck in the door to the full building - couldn’t lock up, which left the whole tenancy exposed to potential theft. Stressful situation. A colleague pointed me to KGB. I called their 24-hour hotline at 2pm on a Saturday and was put straight through to a gentleman who walked me through the fix over the phone. Sorted the whole thing without any fuss, no callout required. What really stood out was the ethics and willingness to help. He could have sent someone out, but instead took the time to resolve it over the phone. Kind, prompt, and professional from start to finish. Massive thanks to the team at KGB for helping us out in a time of need - genuinely appreciated.

I am a difficult customer, I take 10 minutes to choose yogurt at the supermarket. Buying a safe is a big family purchase. I spent hours online before visiting KGB and spending time with Michael in the showroom he is knowledgeable and was able to help me decide on what priorities I should consider. I left then spent another few days looking online before giving Michael a call and ordering a great product that also represents some value. Worth taking the time to go see this company speak to them don’t just make it an online purchase. I am 100% confident I have purchased the right product.
