Shipping Policy

Order and Shipping Information

When you place an order with KGB Security, we promptly receive an order notification from our host supplier and payment confirmation from either PayPal or your credit card provider.

Shipping

We choose the best courier/mail service based on your location and the items ordered. Our shipping partners include, but are not limited to, Australia Post, TNT, and StarTrack, Northline and others. If you have special requests, please include them in the ‘notes’ section of your order. While we strive to accommodate requests, we cannot guarantee specific services or delivery dates.

Stock and Availability

If the product(s) you selected is temporarily out of stock and backordered, we will notify you as soon as possible. We will inform you of the expected restock date or offer a refund through PayPal or your credit card provider.

Shipping Costs

  • Standard Delivery: Orders under $99 incur a standard postage and handling fee.
  • Budget Safe Delivery: This delivery cost for purchased safes are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location in Australia. Ensure you select the safe shipping method.
  • Custom delivery. Where the safe is over 30kg we will do a shipping & installation quote based on information you supply.

Dispatch Lead-time

Overview

As a distributor/reseller, we stock commonly sold items but not all variations in all quantities. Dispatch times vary based on product availability.

In-Store Collection

  • Location: Our address is 16 Delph street Coopers Plains for in-store collection.
  • Process: If you chose this option at checkout, you will be contacted when your product(s) are ready for collection.
  • Availability: In the event we have to order your item from a supplier we will endeavour to process the order asap however ultimately the delivery time from our suppliers is determined by them. In the event you are not happy with the backorder date we will issue a refund.
